Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our customers are at the heart of our business. At Power Maids, we offer 24/7 Customer Support for quick response to your queries, feedback, or complaints. Once you make a booking with us, be rest assured, our team of experts will thoroughly clean your home and make it germ-free.

When you make a booking, we reserve time for you and turn away other potential customers to fulfill our commitment with you. But when we get a sudden request for any cancellation or rescheduling, planning a new schedule becomes quite an impossible thing. And for this reason, Home Maids has come up with some following policies for cancellation and refund procedures:

    • Once booked, we at Power Maids make sure that the best professional is sent to you and your service is well taken care of.
    • Once the payment is done, you will get a confirmation email along with an SMS with in 24hrs time.
    • To book a slot post 4pm, call us directly at ________.
    • In case of any cancellations, please make sure you give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Any booking cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice is non-refundable.
    • For Monday clients, this request can be made on the preceding Thursday, between 8am – 4pm as per our business hours.
    • For rescheduling, allow us a 12-hour prior notice. You can either visit our website for the same or speak with our customer care executive directly. No extra charges would be applicable with 12-hour advance notice.
    • No refunds are applicable on services below 80 AED. Instead, we provide the next available slot to the customer.
